Online Fundraiser for Mazza Community Garden Kicks off at Noon

Since 2014, collective community work at the Mazza Community Garden has transformed a formerly overgrown lot into a vibrant, permaculture garden that produces wholesome food and creates a community hub where all members of our community can thrive. Together, we’ve accomplished so much in a short period of time!

Today, you have the opportunity to help our garden grow even more.

The Mazza Community Garden is participating in a crowdfunding campaign to raise money for improvements to the garden, including blueberry and red currant bushes, wheelchair access, a compost bin, irrigation system, beehives, upcycled park benches and, some day, a teaching pavilion.

When you donate to the Mazza Community Garden at SeedMoney.org, our garden will become eligible for one of the $400 challenge grants awarded to the first 75 community gardens to raise $600. The crowdfunding campaign begins today at noon and ends on December 15.

Please support our efforts to improve and expand this wonderful community resource!

Simply follow this link  and make your tax-deductible donation to the Mazza Community Garden. Then, watch our garden grow.

When you help cultivate the Mazza Community Garden, you contribute to life-changing experiences for young adults with intellectual disabilities and build sustainability in our community. When you donate, you help ensure that our dream of a community garden for people of all abilities will endure.

Thank you for your support!
