Seed Saving Workshop

What:  The Penn State Community Garden will be hosting a Seed Saving Workshop. This workshop will be led by Matt Sullenberger, a PhD student in Biology, and will focus on growing and preserving rare heirloom plant varieties, maintaining genetic diversity, and developing plant ecotypes that are adapted for your growing conditions.  The workshop is open to Garden members and non-members alike.

When:  Wednesday, July 15 at 5:30pm

Where:  The Penn State Community Garden, on Porter Rd next to the Center For Sustainability and south of Medlar Field.
