  • January 15 OR January 22 – Hands-on Appetizers – Tuesdays, 3:45 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. Hands-on class making several savory and sweet appetizers. Spring Creek Homesteading is still working on scheduling Home Candymaking with Swamy Anantheswaran and maybe Charcuterie with Steve Bookbinder for February & March.

Spring Workshops in late March & early April will include Home Soap-Making with Nellie Bhattarai, Heritage Seed Saving, Seed Starts & Seed Swap with Ingrid Fowles & Friends, and Backyard Fruit & Nut Trees with Scott DiLoreto.
