Interesting. But wouldn’t it be better for this to be depicted in calories rather than in weight?
At the website, they say “In total, Americans eat an average of 2,700 calories each day.” But they don’t break it down by food group calories per day.
What’s all the non-cheese but also non-beverage dairy? All I can come up with is icecream and yogurt. Is that really what’s happening there?
