Workshop & Harvest Feast Update

Sign-ups for the November series of workshops is still going on, so please email or call to sign up.

So far we’ve got one taker for Canning Applesauce (Nov. 5, 10 a.m. to noon), six takers for Organic Beekeeping (Nov. 10 & 17, 7 – 9 p.m.; and five takers for Cooking with Seasonal Local Produce, Gujarati-style (Nov. 12, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.)

No takers yet for Household Composting (tomorrow); Knitting a Scarf (Nov. 2 & 16); Baking Bread (Nov. 6); and Sewing a Pillowcase (Nov. 14 & 21).

RSVPs so far for the Spring Creek Harvest Feast potluck party on November 15 include 22 adults and 14 kids.

Please help spread the word for all of these events, by forwarding the PDF fliers to friends, family, co-workers, neighbors and farmers and by printing the fliers and taking them to your local library, church, coffee shop, sandwich shop – anyplace that has a Community Bulletin Board for posting fliers.

We’re going to keep sign-ups open until 9 p.m. the day before each workshop, and if no one is signed up, we’ll cancel the workshop and reschedule it for the February series if the instructors are interested and available.
