Beekeeping at Bucknell

From Elizabeth Capaldi Evans, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Biology & Animal Behavior at Bucknell University in Lewisburg:

Are you interested in learning more about honeybees and beekeeping? Thinking of ways to increase your garden’s yield or harvesting your own honey? If so, please consider signing up for the first Bucknell Beekeeping Workshop, held on Sept. 23 and 24. We welcome the “bee curious,” novice beekeepers, or experienced beekeepers to come to learn a bit more about bee biology. We’ll have some hands on demonstrations and tutorials that should help you learn more about beekeeping.

The program is still being finalized, but this link should provide some basic details. Participation is limited, but we would love to have you!
